Laurie Bain Wilson is a best-selling travel writer whose specialty is family travel. She is the author of New York City with Kids (2004, Open Road/Simon & Schuster), which will be published in a third edition summer 2008; New York City Made Easy (2005, Open Road/Simon & Schuster); and is a contributing author to How to Organize Just About Everything (2004, Free Press). Laurie has also written hundreds of articles for the New York Times, New York Daily News, New York Post, Boston Herald, Executive Traveler, Woman's Day, Sesame Street Parents, Parents, Parenting, Hamptons and grandparents.com. She lives in a seaside village 25 miles outside of Manhattan with her son, Alex.
