Sally Walker Davies is a veteran broadcast, print and Web journalist whose work has appeared in major American newspapers including The Tennessean, The Commercial Appeal, the the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and the Chicago Sun-Times. She also blogs daily for The Commercial Appeal and writes the bi-monthly “Get Outta Town” for its travel section, which features great destinations, deals, and gear for travelers. Sally is a frequent contributor to AOL Travel and Family.com.

Whenever possible, Sally travels with her children to discover the world from their perspective: horseback riding in the Cerillos hills, exploring the parks of London, and discovering the delights of the Rocky Mountains.
