They don't have hot water in the room, roaches was running around, you have to paid 4.00 for cold breakfast, remote control for the TV don't work properly, no extra pillow in your room, maid don't clean your room proper, nor change your sheets on your bed, I would not stay there nor recommanded somebody esle to stay there it's best you pay extra money for a better hotel where you stay happy and comfortable.

i WENT WITH MY PARENTS (40+) AND YOUNGER SYBLING (15) HER FRIEND, AND MY FIENCE HAD AN EXCELLENT TIME WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN IN A HEART BEAT. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A FAIR PRICED ROOM THAT ISN'T A PICKY PERSON. THE ROOMS WERE NEAT, SHEETS CLEAN, AC GREAT,FOR THE PRICE I CAN'T COMPLAIN. BEST PART IS FOR THOSE THAT WANT TO BE CLOSE TO THINGS TO DO IT WAS WALKING DISTANCE TO TOWN- VERY SAFE DURING DAY... BUT LIKE ANY VACATION SPOT OUT OF COUNTRY I WOULDN'T WONDER AT NIGHT... WALK DINNER A COUPLE TIMES. BEACH ACROSS FROM HOTEL WAS ALL YOU REALLY NEED YOU GET GREAT VIEW OF THE PORT WHERE SHIPS COME IN AND OUT AS WELL AS SALT WATER TO SWIM IN AND IF YOU WANT SOME SEA SHELLS TO TAKE HOME THERE WERE LOTS. FOR BREAKFAST YOU CAN GET A CONTINENTAL THAT IS OK.. FOR 4 BUT IF YOU WANT A SIT DOWN NEXT DOOR AT THE PALMS HOTEL YOU CAN GET RESTURANT STYLE- PERSONALLY WE WENT IN TOWN TO SKANS CAFE AND ATE WITH THE LOCALS! IT WAS GREAT! HAVE A GREAT VACATION AND DON'T HESITATE TO STAY HERE!

The hotel was not clean. We had a party of 5 and got towels for a party of 3. They declined anymore towels. The breakfast was old and the bar they advertised hasn't been open in months. There was not even a microwave in the room. Hot water was hard to get and there was no scoop for the ice machine. I was handed a plastic bag for the scoop. The beds were made but the same sheets were used. What an awful experience!

I cant even begin to express how fabulace this hotel was. my children (ages between 8-17) love it! The pool was outstanding like nothing i've ever seen before. And i loved how the beach was right outside of the window! GO TO THE BAHAMAS!!!!!! the bahamians were so nice

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have always been pleased with the hotel staff. Because I am a regular person who travels to nassau, This place is nice to stay because you don't stay in your room on vacation. You just need a room to place your personal items, shower and rest for the little time you are there. X and all the staff see you when I return Desiree H
