The Opus is a sweet boutique hotel in the very cool Yaletown area. My room had a huge rain shower, separate bath tub, comfy sitting chair and flat screen TV. The business center has a couple of computers and printers for guests use and the fitness center was bigger than most boutique hotels have. There were plenty of restaurants, bars and shops near by, and you could walk to pretty much all of downtown. The staff was great in giving recommendations and directions. I will definitely stay here again!

Cool, hype hotel located in Yaletown area of Vancouver. Great location and walking distance to some great restaurants, bars and the the water. This hotel is definitely for the younger set. On the weekend, their lobby has a hotel bar which turns into a nightclub complete with a DJ. The lobby is small and you can't avoid walking through the young hype crowd iwth their cocktails and trendy (out to get some) attire. We stayed in a standard room the first two nights and upgraded to their larger room the second night. Rooms were modern, clean and a nice size. Only downside if you get rooms facing the street with bars you hear the evening crowd filing in and out of the bars. Can get a bit noisy. The complimentary ear plugs set on the nightstand by the hotel is a key indicator this has been a complaint by previous guests.

sauve, sophisticated hotel-the only thing I hates was the sliding door between bathroom and bedroom-!"
