Wonderful location and luxurious room

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt on a family trip to Beijing and were very pleased with the accommodations and the service. There were enough staff who spoke English that we didn't feel lost, but it was certainly not an American hotel. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, especially with 2 small children. I would stay there again on future travel.
