Nightmare in Kempinski Great Wall

My husband and I plan for our wedding anniversary and new year celebration in one of the 5 star hotel Kempinski. Our nightmare begin after 1 night of stay, we had a car accident in a car book with the hotel. God bless, my husband and my 1 year old son is fine but I’m not so lucky. During the accident,my head were hit and I was in coma for a while and were diagnose brain shock with inner skull bone damage. When I’m awake, I cant remember what has happen and till now I cant. Worse still for a young lady like me thou mother of 2 boys, I’m still deeply depressed with half of my face hurt with scar. This is just the beginning,I were put in a low class hospital surrendered infuse with drips and unable to move while my husband has to leave me alone in beijing to send my son home for care and treatment. While I have my emergency treatment by non experience nurse that prick me 4-7 times a day just to inject a medicine which I have 8 type of them each day together with a criminal handcuff next to me all by myself without any family members, my luxury hotelier still in a mood to push all blame to a car company that I don’t know and has no contact from the beginning to the end. With no help,countless torturing and many sleepless night not mentioning small details like no shower,no toilet facilities, all has to be done on the same smelly bed I sleep and eat. With no knowledge in a foreign country, once again I contacted the hotel to contact a better hospital for me in condition that I will pay myself but were ignored politely. I cant imagine this is what I get from staying in one of the best hotel in the world. After all the above, I contact the car company which the hotel put to blame, they said they didn’t have such car in their fleet and worst, even the traffic police said the car I was in is a personal individual car. I wonder what car has the hotel given me
