Location of this newly refurbished hotel is great for those who desire to be in a safe, accessible (especially to theatre), central London location. The rooms are small, nicely appoined (great bathroom) but certainly all you need and more since London is right outside your door. From our window the view of Big Ben , the London Eye, Gherkin, National Gallery beckons. The staff is friendly, attentive, and aims to please and helps make your stay as pleasant as possible. You really take a chance when you book a room off a website, but this is a great property for those who desire a smaller hotel in a very desirable location. I'd book this one again and again!
