The staff were friendly and satisfied requests promptly, Rooms were clean and neat. Breakfast was good and better than I expected. Hotel was located walking distance to everything. The rooftop terrace was a nice touch! It wasn't a luxury hotel and I've stayed at many yet it was very nice and I would stay there again. For the price it was well worth it. The beds are not as hard as the other reviews may have suggested. They are firm but still quite comfortable. It was the reviews that made me choose this hotel and it was the way to go.

Vatican-run property. We only had 1 night, however, excellent experience. Everything you could ask for approx. 280 euros for family room (3 senior women). Authentic Italian decor. Spotlessly clean, beautiful big room with (1 king bed, 2 twins) in heart of city. Extremely friendly, English speaking, helpful staff. Lobby open 24/7. Modern spotless bathroom fully stocked w/everything you could possibly need. Looks just like the pictures. Can't say enough about this hotel! We were thrilled and highly recommend it.

Couldn't be a better location. We were able to walk to everything from here. Right off Piazza Venezia, few minutes walk to Forum, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, etc. Spotlessly clean, helpful staff, good breakfast, nice room. Only complaint is a too hard mattress, but we got used to it. We highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again.

Couldn&apos;t be a better location. We were able to walk to everything from here. Right off Piazza Venezia, few minutes walk to Forum, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, etc. Spotlessly clean, helpful staff, good breakfast, nice room. The hotel was absolutely a delight!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious!! and the location was the best. Spanish steps, piazza navona, piazza venezia, trevi fountain, pantheon are all walking distance. Hosianum made our experience absolutely memorable! I have already recommended others to stay there and I will stay there again upon my next return to the beautiful city of Roma

We were VERY pleased with this hotel. It has an amazing central location--we were able to walk everywhere we went. Also, a major bus hub is around the corner if you need it! The service was great. Decent breakfast selection included. Rooms very nice. Only complaint was that the bed was really hard. Basically, this is a GREAT hotel choice!!!!
