This all-suites hotel is situated in Georgetown at the intersection of Farquhar Road and Penang Road, approximately 13 miles from Bayan Lepas International Airport. The hotel has a gift shop, florist, sports center, gymnasium, sauna, and swimming pool on site. On-site dining includes The 1885, Sarkies Corner (coffee shop), The Bakery, Farquhar's Bar, Palm Court, Verandah, The Conservatory, and The Deck (poolside). Room service is available 24 hours a day. The butler service is available for arranging room service, unpacking and packing your suitcase, shining your shoes, taking care of your laundry, and assisting you with your travel arrangements. All suites have timber floors, bone china, bed linen of Egyptian cotton, Persian carpets, chocolates, petit fours, fruits and exotic orchids, English toiletries, and oversized bath towels.

The suite I stayed at is spacious, nicely decorated with old fashion furniture together with modern day amenities in the bathroom. I enjoyed the stay and the hospitality of the staff and would definitely make a point to stay at it when I visit Penang again.
