Front desks was friendly and efficient, room service most of the time was fast, the food good, I will stay here again

Ripped sheets, bugs in the refrigerator and on the floor, broken toilet, bad customer service (no pick up from the airport as promised )

Our room had no window and the air conditioner did not work. The bedding was not clean and other than the bellman, service was horrible. It took me 1/2 hour to make them give me a new room with an air conditioner that worked so that my young children could sleep. I highly recommend that everyone avoid this hotel.

Room was on a very busy and noisey street, 24/7. Room was not sufficiently cleaned during stay e.g., mold growing on sink, sticky floor, etc. Bar was not open at the pool. Business center consisted of one computer in noisey lobby. Elevators were inop part of the time.

This is close to the business district, but that is the only thing it has in ints favor. It is in a high crime area with protistutes and drug dealers roaming the streets and the lobby, and rooms. My room did not have a lock. The front desk clerk warned us not to go outside after dark. It had armed guards in the lobby and outside the front door. Cabbies asked me why in the world I would stay there and that it was in a very dangerous place. Filthy bathroom, horrible beds. DO NOT STAY HERE EVER.
