Compared to other Thailand hotels this facility was pretty lacking. The location is 4 miles from the town and transportation was difficult. Most unusual was the slow and indifferent service from the wait staff in the restaurants. I found this very unusual for Thailand. On the positive the beds were very comfortable and the pool facility was one of the finest and largest I have ever seen. I expected more from a HR and will stay at the Hilton Hua Hin in the future.

The Hyatt at Hua Hin is a great place to lay back and rest. Attentive staff available but not overbearing. Grab a lounge early and come and go all day. Be sure to enjoy the lovely beach too.
