I was in town to celebrate my birthday and found this place via Kayak/Travelocity. Less than $100/night and the room had a king bed and was huge enough to...

Could not beat this hotel for price and location, if central Phoenix is your destination. However even during off hours, it was only 20-25 mins to Scottsdale. Very close to 51, I-17 and I-10, so access is very easy. Room was clean, quiet and spacious. Less than a mile to Alexi's Grill for good Italian/Seafood. Only problem we encountered is that Central Ave is under major construction and looks like it will be for some time. Could make access to the hotel during the work week difficult, although on the weekend it was fine."

I enjoyed my stay-I was evven accomodated with an early check in (noon) as I was in a conference until 6 pm on a Saturday night. Considering there was a NASCAR race in town, I wasn't sure I was going to get a room that early!!

The hotel itself is a good bargain for the price. The breakfast was above average, including fresh waffles, oatmeal, eggs, bacon/sausage. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, there was a lot of street construction during our trip, making travel to and from the hotel extremely difficult (could not turn left on almost all of the streets). Otherwise, this is a great hotel for the price.

No complaints. Basic decent hotel, with flawless execution. Clean. Quiet. Effortless simple service. Fairly useless grounds. Very mediocre area.

Stayed at this location the first & last evenings of our vacation. Shuttle service very helpful from airport. Staff friendly & helpful with directions -- a pleasant welcome to start & end our trip.
