Great Resort With Minimal Children!
I'll be the first to admit that it's fairly expensive and I've definitely been to other resorts that have nicer rooms, like at the Phoenician. ...

Won't go back again
For the money you are paying you certainly do not get the value. The room is average compared to most high end resorts. The grounds and gardens...

To use a towncar to go to old town, kierland or most anywhere we paid about 42 plus tip each way.100 a day is too much.We don't like to rent a car in a strange place so apparently people are willing to pay this to get to the airport or any attractions in scottsdale. It is too much. The pool is not well run.People reserve chairs at 5 or 6 in the AM and don't come back to use them for hours.By 10am most days you don't have chairs available yet there are 100's not being used.Very poor supervision by staff.Poor poolside service for phoenix.A four or five star hotel cannot maintain their ratings with service such as this.

a girlfriend and myself stayed at the Arizona Biltmore for a weekend, we were very pleased with our experience at the resort. We checked in on friday and checked out on monday and only left the resort grounds once on sunday night. the pools are all amazing, the catalina pool is the nicest but could have been a bit warmer. every single thing we ate was delicious. the layout is a little difficult to make a mental map of, and the self parking options are not so great, but the atmosphere and overall experience were well worth the trip and cost of our stay.

I lived in Phoenix for several year and never stayed at the Biltmore. It was a treat to stay at a fantastic hotel. The grounds are beautiful, the pools are nice, and the room was comfortable. Service could be a little better.

I stayed here for 4 nights, not once did anyone offer to carry a bag or open a door. When we checked in the computers were all "down' so check in took an hour. We were told to sit and wait, no one offered so much as a glass of water. The front desk seemed unconcerned about any inconvenience. The food was good in the Grill but nothing exceptional. When I returned home I found I had left something in my room. I called and security had the small item. To add insult to injury I was informed they would only send it Fed Ex, for which I would have to pay, AND they charged an additional handling fee of 10.00. It's a beautiful place but I found it lacking in service.

I have stayed at the Biltmore 3 times now and every time they have exhibited a very high standard of quality in all areas of the hotel. The health club is the best of any hotel I've seen. All of the restaurant food, even poolside, is fantastic. The staff is top-notch. The rooms are large and well appointed. There are many activities at the hotel and even more in the surrounding area. Kids love it but it's so big that adults without kids wont feel overrun. I look forward to my next trip to the Biltmore!
