We were placed in a room right by the pool entrance, not sure if that is because we got a ""deal"" or not. Did not mind during the day, but at night the partiers seemed to congregate right there and were asked nicely to disperse many times by us and staff. Management did not respond. Impossible to sleep in this particular room. Parking was awful. Pool area is very difficult for anyone with mobility issues. That said - great pool, great slide, pool was not overcrowded and very clean.

the final bar tab did not add correctly- bought same drink each time- but when cashed out the total was different for each trip waitress made? this does not make sense.

We stayed here over Easter weekend. Our stay could not have been better! The room was immaculate and smelled fresh. Dining at the hotel was top-notch. The food at the ""Top of the Rock"" was superb and the mountain top view was gorgeous! We will definitely return!

We have stayerd here 6 times over the past 7 years. Glad it is now under Marriott. Renovations coming. The staff is great. Love the pools!

We arrived late (11 PM) for a ""guaranteed"" reservation to learn from staff that there were no rooms available despite our confirmation number and receipts for the conference we were there to attend. The staff sent us to another nearby Mariott property, but did little to make up for the inconvenience.

They will gouge you on the rates! 75 cents for every LOCAL call, and 10 a day for internet. I found the staff to be uninformed, and not terribly helpful. Overall, a terrible shame to see the decline of this once fine facility.
