Will NEVER go back there again.
We essentially did not like anything about the place. The pics on the virtual tour bore no resemblance to the "suite" we were shown to first, ...

Heating/cooling system is VERY loud. The air event is near the ceiling by the hallway, and it was moving the heavy curtain at the window on the other end of the room. In our room, the wall unit to control heating and cooling wasn't working - the fan stayed on no matter what we did with the wall unit. Maintenance attempted twice to fix it without success, and finally disconnected it. We asked for a different room, but only smoking rooms were available, so we stuck it out for the night, thinking that we would discuss a price adjustment at check-out. You know that Radisson pledge to 'make it right or you don't pay for that portion of your stay?' Don't believe it. At checkout, I mentioned that the ventilation system didn't work, and that maintenance had attempted twice to fix it and failed, and that we would be interested in a price break. The young desk clerk told me that she wouldn't adjust the price because we had prepaid. In other words, we got your money, take a hike. No apology. No regrets expressed. No apparent concern that a repair was needed. No smile. It can be tough to find a room in Flagstaff, but I advise that you avoid the Radisson. Arrogant treatment (other than the maintenance guy - he knew more about customer service than anyone at the front desk), high price, noisy ventilation, basic worn room, no breakfast, ...We stayed at the La Quinta a few nights before, and had a better room at half the price.

Not terrible but the place seems to have fallen into disrepair. Nothing quite works as it should and the bed was cheap and not very comfortable (I didn't pay for the upgraded bed). I'd expect a little more from a Radisson.

Had a short stay at the Radisson. Didn't have time to check out the restaurants, pool, fitness center, but from the look of them, they look good. The business center could use a little update. It's one computer. It totally suited my needs, but I would have hated to wait in line to use it or if I had needed to print anything. The beds were sleep number beds and had down pillows and were VERY comfortable. There was plenty of free parking available outside and the hotel was easy to find off of a main street.

Had an excellent time. Hotel is modern, clean. Not the easiest place to find, but not the most difficult either. I'm not the best at directions, so that may be where the problem truly lie. Room service does a good job, desk clerks are helpful and accomodating. Flagstaff, and thus the hotel, is central to many points of interest. Within four hours, and usually less, one can drive to Phoenix, Tuba City (Navajo Nation), Las Vegas, the Hoover Dam, Sedona, the Grand Canyon, and various other attractions (cliff dwellings, craters, petrified forest.)

Chose Radisson for the nice accomodations that it offered and were satisfied with everything and were enjoying ourselves until we went to sleep at ten o'clock and our nieghbors returned from a night of partying two hours later at twelve. Called front desk several times as there were several couples in this room and they were not able to help. We ended up checking out at 2 a.m. and driving home just so we could get some sleep. As of this posting have not heard from anyone at the hotel for this horrible experience.

This hotel was simply amazing. The restuarant was equally satisfying. Very elegant meeting rooms. Best of all the bedrooms were marvelous and included a Sleep Number Bed nicely fitted with a fine down comforter. I came to this hotel for business and I will most certaintly be back for pleasure.
