The hotel was comfortable and the rooms of a good standard. Unfortunately, the pool and spa were not in operation which was a disappointment.

Very clean hotel, staff was very nice and helpful. Customer service was awsome. I will recommend this hotel to everybody. I loved it!

The hot tub was never in service. The pool was right across the hall from the rooms--too noisy. The free breakfast was a joke----one toaster for everyone to share!! Dry cereal, white toast, bagels, and Eggo Waffles you got to heat in the toaster----when it was your turn! The area was too small. There needs to be some kind of dress code----bare feet, jammies, or still wet hair from the shower need to be taken care of before eating in public! The one light over the free computer never worked. There was a long, black hair inside the coffee maker, the "queen" bed was a "double"--I had to ask the boyfriend of the desk clerk to move so I could used the free computer! The front desk clerks were very nice---at least I can give them that much! We were approached by a "panhandler" in the parking lot, which is right off the main road! They need to have some kind of fencing around the parking lot---I am not paying * for a 3 night stay to put up with that! We will stay somewhere else the next time we go to Flagstaff. Sorry to be so dismal. But, I wish I would have known all this before booking my stay.

Upon checking in (could hear dog barking) this resort allows pets. Found out after checking in that spa and pool were closed (In july). No elevators. Rooms ok, not too clean. No shower or frig,microwave.

The hotel is really nice. They have an indoor pool and spa. The staff was extremely nice and helped with directions.
