Customer service was not as friendly as they shouldhave been, also the room service was'nt good at all. I don't understand why travel website would have such Hotel on their menu of hotels. This was a nasty taste in my mouth my vacation was sour because of this and when calling travel website I got transfer from one person to another, I desire a refund or another Hoteland couldn't recieve that.

I was really looking for a room somewhere close to Beverly Hills without breaking my bank and I found this one. This hotel is on one end of Wilshire Blvd, but Wilshire surely is a long road and people who live along this road can be extremely different. When I was about to arrive, I thought I drove into Mexico City. I arrived at 4pm and I was told the room was not ready and I was asked to wait in the lobby. When I got my keys and was told the room was ready, the maid was still actually working on cleaning up my room. The room was really "just ok". I never stayed in a hotel with such old furnitures before, and the condition of the room and bathroom in general is mediocre at best. The travel website states that it has wireless internet, but I couldn't get to anywhere after I got my IP (not even a welcome screen that asks you for your credit card number). I found the captive portal page but none of the buttons on the screen linked to anywhere. After I came back from dinner, the corridor outside my room was filled with litter and garbage. It was a rather scary experience staying in this hotel. I will not go back again.

I HAD THE GREATEST TIME OF MY LIFE. THE FRONT DESK WERE SO HELPFUL AND POLITE. MY ROOM WAS ALWAYS CLEAN ON TIME .BREAKFAST ROOM VERY NICE AND CLEAN I REALLY RECOMEND THIS HOTEL OVERSEAS CUSTOMER.

Our room smells,curtains is dirty,the bedsheet was full of cigarette holes with a slight red stain that looks like blood.. Worst was I brought in a couple of friends there room is in the same condition with an added bonus the bathroom smells that old urine odor there were also little hairs in the shower and on the floor. That's my last stay with Ramada.that one I just walk out of the hotel. This one I can't I was too tired.....
