Nice and pretty spacious for the price. I wasn't expecting a 5-star hotel at this price level. I've paid a lot more for a whole lot less. I like the fact...

Scary!
When we got there, the only parking left was a dark, wet basement under the hotel! As we started to drive down there a drunk man in a white sui...

No amenities, not even coffee or microwave. Located just behind the nudie bar. Not too clean at all. I'm just glad all my time was booked up and I didn't spend allot of it at the hotel!

This has to be the worst place to stay in San Diego. The hotel is not in a safe neighborhood, was afraid to leave our car. Went to checking in and the hotel clerk was busy singing and dancing around (very unprofessional). Our hotel room had bugs in the bathroom, there was hardly any toliet paper, and the door only had one lock that wasn't very secure. We checked in our room at 10 PM and checked back out at 6 AM.

Room as just okay. Towels were a joke! Should've brought my own. Adequate for the money if you're just needing a place to sleep.

Room really beat down.(many brokent things) Beds clean and comfy. If you just need a place to lay your head this is okay. The cost was high for the quality of the room. Great location if the strip club was not across the street. Parking not good (parking garage not woman/family friendly at night when returning from parks). Alot around the hotel (Dennys Jack n the Box shopping centers. . .) which was a plus. Staff can be described as friendly but not caring.

The Good Nite Inn was a nice place to stay. If youre one of those people that spends time outside of your room then its a great place to stay and get some shuteye. If youre one of those people that likes to stay in and watch tv/movies, than you probably would want to stay somewhere else. Not a whole lot to do in the area (walking distance), but there is a Dennys next door that gives 15% off if you stay at the hotel, theres also a strip club which you might want to avoid if you have kids with you. Theres a security guard 24/7 walking the perimeter but he didnt really care when we were in the parking lot drinking beer! The room was clean, nice bed, refrig, plenty of room for two, but could easily fit 6. I did see a hooker go up to another guys room--i think she was from the stripclub. Theres a lot of restaurants and some shopping nearby but nothing that you would want to plan a vacation around. Very close to Seaworld. If you get a room on the third floor, youve got to pack all of your stuff up the stairs to get there--not a big deal but if youve got a lot of stuff its kind of a pain in the arrs. Everyone there was friendly and stayed out of your business. A little hard to find since they dont have a huge sign up front (Mapquest doesnt even have the right street name to turn onto--"Moore St" doesnt exist). I would probably stay there again if i couldnt find something nicer for the money. Good value, close to freeway, food, shopping, seaworld.

This place would not have been my first choice but it was my only choice for the price. I onced lived in Point Loma so I was well aware of the bars. Since NTC closed the area seems to be very quiet. The hotel is old so it's not going to smell very nice. Just think what it was used for back when the training center was still open. Hmmmm ! Don't think I'll staty there again. The musty smell of the room was overbearing and made my allergies trigger. Or maybe it was the mold on the ceiling or the ancient air conditioner. OH! bring your own towels and face cloths if possible.
