The facility was beautiful but the staff failed to clean the room adequately. We found personal items from previous guest (4). The cleaning staff also failed to restock the room each day. We were missing towels, clean glasses, and coffee. We complained and the management did nothing to remedy the situation or make us happy.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. Staff was most accomodating, from the front desk to the maid sevice. Exceptionally clean, pool area clean and the water was not over chlorinated. We have stayed in some 15 hotels in the area and this is by far the best ever. We would definitely come back to the Country Inn and Suites again and again. Location is central to most activities and easily accessible from the major highway system.

Very clean hotel. Staff extra friendly and courteous despite our late arrival(sometimes the help desks @ hotles are very unfriendly past 9pm). Room was comfortable and very spacious. Breakfast was consistent and enjoyable. Typical assortment of breakfast items. Nothing amazing. Good location to 805 for trips up and down the coast. Overall enjoyed our stay and would stay again at the price we paid, especially compared to other hotels in the area.

The lobby area is very nice and the staff is extremely helpful. I asked to be upgraded to a suite when I checkd in and all they had was a smoking suite, the front desk person let me go up and sniff, it was perfectly odor free. Rooms are clean and attractive. My only complaint is that there appears to be no food service in the hotel after breakfast. The pool area is clean but could use some landscaping.A very good value and an attractive property with super nice staff.

Certainly family friendly, but there's a lot more comfort and quality to the lobby/lounge area than the rooms themselves, beds are not very comfortable and bathrooms area average in cleanliness/presentation
