Room was clean and comfortable. Quite location even though the convention center is next door. Good value for the money vs. what you get. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Since the DX Convention was over at the Holiday Inn which is right down the road, this is a very good location to get away from the convention without having to drive a long distance. The price was only * more than the Holiday Inn and much more up to date than the Holiday Inn. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Visalia for a few days. I plan stay here again next year when I attend the DX convention in Visalia. 73!

Rooms are newly renovated...the beds are awsome...Very clean ..Service was outstanding. Great Change...rooms are top of the line..I felt like I was in New York.

Stayed at the Hotel when it was the Radisson, and it has gone downhill. One hanger in the closet, pillows were flat, sheets were dirty, room service never delivered.

It will be much better when Marriott takes over. Needs so much. Pillows flat, bed too. Noisy refrigerator @ TV area. Very outdated and worn. Overall it is clean and help was friendly. Not as pictured.
