We stayed here as a stopover between a late night arrival to SFO and a midday flight out the next day. The reason we originally chose it was for the 24 hr shuttle since we were arriving at 1am. Luckily we did standby and arrived early, but the shuttle was great. The hotel is REALLY close to SFO, which is terrific. It's also right across the street from the BART/CalTrain station at Millbrae. If you're going to be in the area exploring it's a nice starting off point. There seemed to be a lot of shops/stores/services in the area. We had dinner at Peter's Cafe right next to it and it was great. I found the hotel very quiet considering its proximity to so much stuff. The breakfast was way better than I expected--really good! They have a cool capuccino machine you can use! The bed was fine. The room was also fine, plenty of room. WiFi in the room, too. We paid 129 including tax, which I thought was a very good value for this hotel.

I cant say enough good things about Cynthia at the front desk, she was unbelievably helpful. Breakfast offers excellent variety for continental fare. Overall the hotel is well situated for the airport traveller as well as the sightseers going into SF. Room renovations underway and should be in great shape for quite some time. Free Wifi with good speeds. Restaurants and fast food nearby, though I didnt try them. Would highly recommend this property and great value for the .

We stayed here for a layover on the way back from Hawaii. We stayed two nights, so we could spend a day exploring the San Francisco. The proximity to the BART station is great. It's about a block away, and an easy walk. It is in a nice, safe suburb, with lots of places to eat nearby and even a Walgreens across the street. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Cynthia showed us the best place to get off the BART in the city, and gave us some tips on buying Muni day-passes. This seems to be the norm out there, but the breakfast spread was great. There was even a cappuccino machine. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of TV channels, which comes in handy when your spouse is in the shower or drying their hair. There was a safe warranty fee, which was small, even though I didn't use the safe. I suppose I could have argued it off the bill, but I didn't mind it too much. Overall, this hotel was a great value. I would definitely stay again. I would even stay here for an extended visit to San Fran, as the BART fare is just a few bucks each way.

The location is perfect. It is right next to BART and Caltrain stations and a shuttle from the aiport that is close by. There are many restaurants and stores within walking distance. The gal at the desk was very friendly and informative. She could help us with all of our questions and needs. They had a continental breakfast that had many things to choose from including protein, fruits, cereals, pastries, breads and even a specialty coffee machine. We will definetly stay there if we get back that way again.

The hotel is only 10 minutes from San Francisco Airport but a little tricky to find. Just take Hwy 101 south to the first(Millbrae) exit onto Millbrae Ave and turn left shortly onto El Camino Real. Go to the next light and turn left onto service road. Hotel is hidden behind a Japanese restaurant. If you are not driving they offer a complimentary frequent shuttle service to and from the airport. The best feature is a few minutes safe walk to the adjoining BART station which will take you to downtown SF in less than 30 minutes for 4.00. There is a good selection of channels on the TV, rooms are nice but the complimentary breakfast room is very small. You can walk to several restaurants, Chinese in particular, or stores in an apparently quite safe neighborhood. Despite the nearness of the trains and airport we didn't experience any noise in our room to speak of. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to SF.
