I think it is one of the best value I got, I travel a lot on business and this is the best value for the money. The Hotel is vey well located close to my convention at the moscone center. The staff was very helpful, the room I had was clean, quiet and confortable I even had a jaccuzi tub. I will recomand this hotel for the business man who does not want to spend a lot of money but still gets all the confort.

I had a very good stay at the edwardian hotel, It is a good value very reasonable rate for San Francisco. The hotel is very conveniently located to the convention center and downtown. The staff was helpful, not very large rooms but clean. Free WIFI, great restaurants next door.

Very good value. Friendly staff that wanted me to be comfortable and happy. The rooms were a little small, but clean, well appointed, and perfect for my needs. This is not a luxury hotel but a place for a good nights sleep where I didn't have to pay for all the extras that I didn't want anyway. There is no resturant but there is always free coffee available. There are a number of places to eat that you can walk to in just a few minutes. It's also centrally located with public transportation just across the street. I would stay here again.

Room was ridiculously small, and then to complicate matters further, there was far too much furniture in the room. The vent from the wine bar below blew into the room day and night (it smelled like a campfire all the time). The heat did not work very well. The remote for the TV only worked in one direction. There was only a trickle from the shower head in the dingy bathroom. The staff seemed nice, but this hotel is only one notch better than the resident hotels that surround it.

Not worth the money. Next time I'll either spend less on a hotel that I'm pretty sure that It will have the same qualities (Or lack off) as this one, or spend a few dollars more on a better hotel. I would not stay here again.

I was travelling with a business associate and knew the hotel was not a business standard. however, I confirmed a deluxe 2 full-sized bed room. when I arrived, I was told there are only 2 rooms in the entire hotel with 2 single narrow beds. We had to share a lumpy king size bed. Noisy- no A/C, located on a busy street day/night with lots of traffic noise. We paid * that night, but would have had a better room somewhere else for the money. Sketchy neighborhood at night. During the day had a mix of mostly homeless people, a monk, people hanging out at a coffee shop. Looks as if the neighborhood is trying to revitalize. Otherwise it appears the hotel was clean, but old, attempts at being charming and cozy without the frills.
