Diva staff was very helpful and friendly. Free business center use was unexpected and convenient. Its design was even cool. Room was good sized, very contemporary, and clean. Bed extremely comfortable. Shower's water pressure and temperature were perfect. I definitely would stay again.

We stayed here on our honeymoon based on other reviews we read. If you are staying downtown and can walk to sites and restaurants the location is terrific. If you intend to drive all over the city and out of the city, the location is not that great and parking costs 35 day. Rooms are small, and bathroom is very small. Beds are wonderful; continental breakfast and coffee every morning were great. Do not get a room on Geary side of hotel! Noise is terrible--you can hear people yelling on street and the garbage trucks pick up every morning starting at 4:30. Very poor soundproofing on windows. Several times we thought we had left the window open. Staff is very courteous and friendly Price was good for a downtown hotel but next time we will stay on Fisherman's wharf or nearer the airport.

my husband and I stayed here on Halloween night. The price could not be beat for the location. the hotel was very clean and modern. We really enjoyed the room. The parking price was hefty, but it is probably the same all over that town. I had troubles on the computer because I am not MAC saavy. The concierge were super! All the staff was very friendly and helpful.
