Sitting here in the lounge at 445 pm though check in was at 3! Room was not ready at 330. Hope things get better from here!

The bed was 100 years old and stiff as a board. The cleaning service didn?t change the sheets during the entire stay, the hairdryer was barley working and they charge 9.99 a day for internet connections. The Standard Rooms are the second room to a suite and have NO PRIVACY between the walls. Furnishings are in need of updating and the carpets need to be replaced. Some units have sliding glass doors as their entrance and no other windows. All in all I would recommend another hotel. The location is okay ? but this is not a customer service facility ? front desk was too busy to answer questions.

This resort is in a beautiful setting. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The restaraunts and bars were great. I enjoyed the spa and my husband enjoyed the golf. The rooms are nothing special and ours had a funky odor. We aired it out each day with the fresh napa air.
