Bel Abri - A French Country Inn Napa, CA - Booking Reservations, Reviews, Information

I travel some 200 + days out of the year across the country and while I do no profess to be an expert, I do understand good from bad. This place is bad and more importantly, the pictures and hotel have fabricated the information. The only reason it would be considered a French Country Inn, is because thats what they call it.The rooms are very, very small, the staff spent more time searching the internet, then being of any service. And we were put in a room right next to the elevator, which I guess they forgot to tell us that it made a loud thump every time it went up and down. When I asked the clerk about it, they just blew it off and said someone should have told us. As I noted above, do not believe the pictures of the rooms, they are very tiny, and the balancy or porch is about 2 ft. by 2 ft. And last thing, and then you can decide for yourself, the hotel sits right next to a construction company, a auto storage lot, and you have to keep your windows closed the entire time. Do not stay here if you know what is good for you...its not worth it. Thank you.

The hotel was cleanly, well located, secure, and offered amenities, such as a daily wine/cheesetasting in the late afternoon. The hotel provided maps, guidance, complimentary tasting passes,....A daily continental breakfast was served in your room. We had an excellent experience and would recommend such to all, as well as staying here once again during a future trip.
