I arrived and realized I forgot my phone charger at home and I'm at the check in desk being unpleasant (i.e. a cranky b*tch) and then that man I married...

The first room smelled like mildew. The second room's air conditioning did not cool properly. The third room was OK, however, there was a wet spot on the carpet, we found peanuts on the floor, and the room had a very slight musty smell. The bathroom/vanity area is very small.
Breakfast in the restaurant was average, at best, and the service was slow. I will look for a better quality hotel next time.

I loved the bed it was so comfortable. We ate breakfast and a repair person was putting some contact cement repair, while we were eating, which had an awful smell. The waitress/waiter talked to us as if she/he was our best friend and that we cared what kind of night she/he had. I did not care, but maybe I was PMSing however a little more professionalism would have been better.

We were there for a family wedding. The location was great and close to everything we needed/wanted! Staff was helpful in finding directions to places we wanted to go and even printed out maps for us!

Cute decor, but sparce. That is where the fun ends. Hotel lacks all the "little things" that make a difference. I didn't have internet the entire time I was there. I booked the place mainly because of the promised in room WIRELESS internet. I had to cut my stay short because I couldn't get any work done and had to go home early to catch up. Room service was slow and food was cold (They got two shots at it with me). Valet wasn't available all the time (and I paid extra to have it!). When I decided that I'd had enough of all the small things missing that I expected to see in a 100+/night hotel, I began complaining. Three times I attempted to talk to a manager and never got a return call. I am now home and still attempting to get some satisfaction and still no calls returned since there seems to never be someone there that is in high enough position to hear my complaints.I was excited to try this swanky fun looking place, but was seriously dissapointed!! They didn't even have vending machines!!! Do yourself a favor, stay at the Marriott! I was treated nicer there and wasn't even a guest!!!!

I have now stayed at the Curtis twice and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone. It is conveniently located in Downtown Denver--it is only a couple of blocks away from 16th street mall, Paramount Theatre, Wells Fargo Theatre, and fairly close to Invesco Field and Pepsi Center. The interior decorating is amazing, and makes the stay even more enjoyable! The room was very clean--I didn't have a single complaint. The beds are very comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly. I also highly recommend the restaurant located within the hotel--The Office. The food is delicious! My only complaint is that noise carries very easily from the hallways. I was awoken by vacuum cleaners from the maids a couple of rooms down, as well as people talking. This is something you would get in almost any hotel though. Give The Curtis a try! You'll love it!

Hotel location was excellent for those looking to spend some time downtown. Excellent valet service. Front desk employee wasn't the freindly of personalities I had encounter with my stay, that was the only short fall of the Curtis.
We have had several sales meetings at this Hotel. It has the coolest themes on each floor. Hotel is always kept extremely clean. There are empl...
