A well maintained Hampton. What more can be said? These things are like cookie cutters, so long as they're new or recently updated. This one fits that bill.

The motel and room were great and the staff worked with us. However, we were not informed, until we asked, that the pool heater was broken ( the water was ice cold!), our suite had only one of two air conditioner units that was working, and the second night the hot tub was cool. If we had been informed we would have chosen another motel prior to our vacation. We chose to cut our stay there short and moved on. Now we ask about the amenities.

Good location. Friendly and accomodating staff. We needed to switch rooms and staff handled this with no hesitation. Handled our large group efficiently. As someone who normally stays at the Broadmoor when visiting Colo. Springs, I was surprisingly pleased with this hotel.

This location was ideal for my visit with family for a graduation at World Arena. They have a good breakfast spread however it started at 6:30 am and this was a bit late for me since I was still on eastern time so I never got to try it. They should also have crib sheets to go with the crib. Luckily I brought my own. I would stay again.
