The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating but the non-smoking rooms that our party stayed in were not completely smoke-free. All of our clothes smelled like smoke when we arrived at home. Since we observed some guests smoking in front of the adjacent rooms, perhaps there is a ventilation problem that needs to be corrected.

Location was easy to find. Staff was helpful. Room was clean and smelled clean. Wireless internet had a low connection speed but worked ok. Bed was harder than we are used to. Heating was nice and toasty as we were here in cooler weather. Hot water did not run out even when taking extended showers. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan but did have a small window for ventilation. A couple of nights the rooms upstairs were rented to families with young children and the foot steps on the ceiling was a little annoying after a while. Guess that comes with the territory though. We had family visit our room and they commented what a nice room we had, much better than the room they had stayed in here in town at a different hotel. All in all I feel we got a good deal for the money and had a very nice stay. If price is a factor with you I would absolutely recommend this hotel as I feel we received an excellent value.

The beds had lumpy pillows, the bathtub fixtures were backwards, the shower was wimpy, housekeeping consisted of towel changes. If I stay there again it'll be because of the fantastic staff who were super friendly and helpful.
