This was the 4th of 4 La Quinta's I stayed at in my almost cross country trip, and this was unfortunately the worst of them. The price is certainly decent....

Well, the room was clean and a good price BUT Look at the map and notice the train tracks that I missed. If you are on the east side of the hotel, as we...

Very cheap, but you get what you pay for. I paid $54 per night. Really this La Quinta gives the chain a bad name. The property is run down and dingy....

The room was JUST RIGHT for myself and 3 children. Beds were comfortable, Room location was good and getting to it in the evening was well lit. The hotel provided a complimentary continential breakfast every morning with a lot to choose from which saved us money in eating expenses. The staff was always freindly and the location of the hotel to the sights we went to visit was convenient. Parking was good and hassel free. Always close to our room. The lobby was quaint and welcoming. Check in was quick and easy and check out was even smoother than that. The room was supplied with suffecient toiletries and towels. This hotel was just right for the money, comfort and security that was provided.

We decided to take a long weekend trip here, and was very pleased with this hotel. It is a great location, close to the highway and everything else. The rooms were nice and very clean. The beds were very comfortable, I just wish they were bigger beds. The breakfast was good. They were great about letting us check in early once our flight had come in. We would definately stay here again.

Our first and definitely last stay at a La Quinta. Picked it for it's location and the previous reviews weren't too bad. First mistake, did not realize a standard room is 2 Double beds, not queens. Asked for a single king room for more space and was given it without a problem. The rooms both were musty and not very much room, including small bathrooms. Had our 4 year old along and needed some space. Thought we could deal with the King room and have him sleep with us. Then after being in the room 15 minutes and having our kids bare feet turn absolutely black from the carpet being filthy, called online travel website , paid the penalty and transferred to another hotel. Was well worth the move. We plan on sticking with our usual hotel after this. Lesson Learned!!

The staff was friendly, the hotel was comfortable and clean, and the price was right. The outdoor pool was nice too, but it did not open until 9am. While we were in Colorado Springs, a thunderstorm came in both evenings, so we let the kids swim one morning before we went site-seeing. The only other suggestion I would have is that a battery-powered night-light would have been nice in the room's restroom. One night, lightening knocked the power out of several city blocks, including our motel, from early in the evening until the middle of the night. Luckily we had packed flashlights. This was an unusual situation and the staff was doing everything they could. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

We were in the rear in the 200 rooms. Train passes near the building. On other side of inn you will find Interstate 25. Expect some traffic and noise. Overall experience was good. Very clean.

Stayed based upon other's recommendations - good choice! The room was on the small side, and the shower/toilet area was VERY small. However, room was clean and entire hotel was neat. The make-your-own waffles at breakfast each morning was wonderful. Saved our family of 4 about 100 for the 4 days we were there. Can't beat the price, and was within 10-15 min drive of almost everything we wanted to visit. The front desk staff was polite and gave great directions!

Distinctive whitewashed and tile-roofed chain offers convenience and consistency.
Since opening its first location next to the San Antonio World's Fair in 1968, this well-known chain has become synonymous with con
