The Ute Condominiums offers accommodations in downtown Aspen, about two blocks from Lift 1A and four blocks from the nearest Gondola. This is a small complex located in a relatively quiet area, but still within walking distance of Aspen's many shops and restaurants. The free skier shuttle stops just across the street from the complex. All units have private parking. The decor of each condo, while not high-end, is definitely modern and attractive. Each condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, wood burning fireplace, washer/dryer, cable television, VCR, and stereo.
