We stayed at this hotel as a simple stop over on a longer trip and simply chose it due to reputation of the chain. I was extremely surprised by the courtesy of the front desk staff. We did not have a reservation, and I didn't have my points card, but the woman that checked us in was more than willing to find us a room and look up my rewards card number. The room was nice and internet worked on the first try. The cleaning staff was courteous and the pool area was very clean. Security was tops and I noticed cameras in every hallway. Made me feel very secure. The breakfast was great and the breakfast room was kept tidy and clean. Checkout was a breeze and we were on with the remainder of our vacation.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The rooms are very nice and the cleaning staff was kind and wonderful. The movies on demand were a pain because they use a weird phone-in system. Internet worked well, but was plugin only. Front desk folks were nice, but when asked to help solve an issue, they didn't really jump at the opportunity. Maybe just very laid back. They were pretty flexible once they got into it.
