Stayed here 3 times this year, but never again. The room next to me was robbed at gunpoint. Parking lot is dark and unsafe. Bar next door brings in drunks....

This place was gross. I don't think I'd stay here again to be honest. And there is no reason I'd recommend this particular La Quinta to anyone, unless no...

This was an old motel but I could tell that they were trying to maintain it. The beds were hard. The room was very quiet which we were thankful for. We stayed for 4 nights and on the third day the maid forgot to leave us any clean towels and washclothes, so I had to go down to the front desk and ask for them.

The room was clean but smelled like it had been cleaned with the same old rag for 20 years. The room was unbeilavably quiet especially with the amount of people that checked in. The A/C worked poorly. It barely kept the room comfortable. We stayed in the back building which was at an angle backed up into trees which was nice and private. The buildings were run down but you could tell they were trying to keep them up. The balcony on the 2nd floor had a very noticeable slope that creeked everytime we walked across it....very spooky. I wish we would have stayed at the Ramada Inn or the Holiday Inn just around the corner.

After paying over * a night I was disappointed. The checkin staff was nice but admitted they were new and didn't really know what they were doing. I was told that my room was not prepaid and was required to leave a credit card. I straightened this out the next day when someone else was on duty. The room was old and smelled like mildew and the bathroom floor was sticky. I would not stay here again and would be willing to pay alittle more if needed to stay somewhere else.

We were given FSU tickets the morning of the game and we were able to get a reasonaly priced room at the last minute. We were very thankful and pretty pleased with the room! The only complaint is that there was a giant fly squashed on the curtains and the bathroom floor was a little sticky.
