Room and pool were exactly as pictured. Service was great, and beds were good. The pool is awesome, although the location is more toward the party end of the beach than our family normally likes, but we only found we could make time for a quick stay 3 weeks ahead of time. Due to swelling from salt air the doors are hard to close and I could hear others slamming their doors until late at night, but no other noises made it through and we were on second floor, with no obvious above or next door noises.

Other than the sheets being sandy and popping off the mattress all night long, our front door wouldn't shut. When it rained, our room flooded. When we asked for assistance, we were told, "Don't bother calling the front desk, I'll get it done later." The floors and bathroom were filthy. The pool was not clear and ice cold and was shared with an adjoining hotel which led to overcrowding. The waterfalls were cracked ,exposing pipes. Roaches were a common-sight. The hotel beach was littered and unkept. Balcony railings were peeling and rusty.

Our room flooded each tme it rained. We had to place bath towels under the door. Sheets continually pulled off of the beds at night, leaving you sleeping on a bare mattress. The pool was shared with an adjacent hotel, making it very overcrowded. Beach was littered with trash.

We really enjoyed our trip. The pool was really beautiful, and the view from our room was so great. the staff at the hotel could have been a little bit nicer, but overall it was great...

Enjoyed Trip, 2 elevators, both out of servioce. We were on 5th floor.

The location is about the only good thing about this hotel. We stayed in October because it was the lowest price for the area. Now I see why. The beds were almost to the floor, there were ants all over our room. You would not even open the door to the balcony without the doorknob falling completely off. I would not stay here ever again!
