We chose this hotel on other review we read, but were very disappointed with the room cleanliness. We traveled with another couple and they placed us on the first floor because we had children and our friends without children on the third floor. We were not even close to each other. There room's carpet was wet when they checked in, the sheets were dirty on the sofa bed and our room had leftover broken toys, tags and dirt from other people before us. We waited three days before we complained thinking the maid would clean, but didn't. The hotel manager was wonderful when we voiced our complaints and rectifyed it as best as she could, but I would not ever stay again. Not because of management, but because for the money we seen alot of other places just as nice, or nicer. The pool was always dirty and we only swam once because of this. The game room had only around 10 things to play and one computer and the business center only had three computers. The best thing about the hotel was the free breakfast buffet every morning. It was changed daily and there was so much food and a variety that if you went away hungry it was your own fault. If they could just tweak the cleaning problem then it would be a great place to stay. If you don't mind dirt then this is the place to stay. I just want it know that management did there best to rectify the problem and were very considerate. No problem there.

Rugs were very dirty, front door opening floor space all sticky and dirty with black dirty foorprints all over it,as if something sticky had spilled and it was just left there, we kept our shoes on at all times. Bathroom curtains had mold on them and hair stuck to it and walls and bathtub floor. Kitchen was not very clean, old stains from some kind of spilled stuff dripping down cabinet doors onto floor also sticky as you walk on it. After leaving for the day returned to find soap in bathroom had someones hair tangled around the soap (hair did not belong to any of us) needless to say we did not use that soap. Pool closed early while we were there. Breakfast was Ok, scrambeld eggs were pretty bad. Could have been better for the .

Good price for 2 bedrooms. Clean and comfortable. Good free Breakfast. No elevator for 3rd floor room. Evening reception just salad on Thursday, but WinnDixie next door. no housekeeping on weekends.

The only negative is the lack of elevators. The pool was great for the kids, full ""galley"" kitchens are a great way to save money (go to Walmart & stock-up). Free breakfast daily, weekly free bbq's w/ great live entertainment. Spacious rooms, great staff. Need to have cleaning schedule on a daily basis. I am staying again this year. Walking distance to many restaurants, banks, groceries, etc., but set far enough off the main street. Parking never a problem.

I had a great time there. The room was extremely comfortable, very clean and everything was in place.

We loved our stay! The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. Everybody loved the breakfast buffet. We had a rental car and had no problems with parking at the parks. The hotel is close to Downtown Disney and only about a 10 min. drive to the parks. We split our visit to Orlando - half at Staybridge and the other half at one of the Disney moderate resorts. Staybridge was better. The staff was friendlier and better organized (we waited in line 1 hr & 15 min. to check in at Disney). We will definately be staying at Staybridge the next time we go to Orlando.
