We were in shock at what a fabulous price we got off Travelocity and the location of the hotel. It is only 1 of 2 hotels that are actually on the beachside as opposed to the others that are across a very busy road. The location is what makes this place a great place to stay. One only needs to walk around the back of the hotel and they will find themselves on the beach. Their breakfast in the morning was great! Scramble eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy were standard as was the waffles, bagels, cereal and yummy fresh cut fruit. Enough food to eat where we did not ever end up having lunch. The front desk staff was great in recommending places to go - i.e., which place was better over another. My one complaint would be that the cleaning staff consistently came to our room at 8:00/8:30 every morning - we were no way ever ready for cleaning to come in at that time - they should have that happen after 10:00 - not 8:00 - so we were never able to our sheets changed it seemed. Families trying to watch their money and with younger kids will be very happy with this hotel. Heated pool so if the ocean was too much or the weather somewhat yucky, the pool came in handy.

hotel was clean, rooms were clean, nice, comfortable, staff was helpfull and considerate. A five minute walk to the beach. On the weekends the trolly for .50 cents takes you to a local shopping center where you can find anything you need. a * ride from the airport and to the cruise ships. Would recommend it to anyone who is seeking a good location for the price. We will return as our travels dictates.

A great value for the money! The property is on Ocean Blvd with the beach just behind the property. The rooms are very clean and nicely updated. A full, hot breakfast is included with your room. Parking was an extra 5/day -- A modest inconvenience -- but it is key-access only and covered. Wi-fi is provided, no xtra charge.

Reading some of the comments, I was a little scared. Upon arrival, my room was outstanding, I had a small sliver of an ocean view, free full breakfast complete with Belgian waffles. The breakfast attendant was very pleasant.
