We loved the Beach Plaza Hotel. You just need to know that the beach at the hotel is lousy.tho the deck is nice. We did not mind because we rented a car for part of the time and then took city buses (really fun) with the locals to visit as many beaches as possible all over the island. We wanted to be housed within walking distance of Marigot for the great food and just generally knocking around town. If you are a complete beach person you would do better to stay at Orient Beach.

We were so pleased with our stay at Fairfiled Inn & Suites. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the complimentary breakfast totally killed our diets!! The use of the computer with printer in the lobby area was a huge asset and the staff went out of their way to accomodate us. We would (and did) reccomend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel is shabby and in need of an up-date. The lobby and breakfast area are dismal. The pool area needs improvement. The area is convenient and this property could be a nice spot with some updates.
