The location of this hotel is great. That's where ""great"" ends. From the front end windows to the bathrooms in individual rooms, everything needs cleaning. Outside stair railings are moldy, steps and flower beds are littered. Dust bunnies abound in the rooms. Just needs a thorough cleaning up and caretakers who care.

This hotel was clean, great price, convenient location (about 10 min. from the beach, but very close to stores, etc.). Rooms were clean, breakfast was simple, but nice. The kids (3 & 7) had a blast in the pool. I would def. recommend this hotel to friends!

the room had roaches,cigarette burns,smelled of raw cabbage,air conditioner nasty,pipes held together with duck tape,trash outside never picked up for 4 days

The hotel was clean but the general service was so so. they assigned me to a room under the stairs and refused to relocate me. Finally, after going back on the second day a different clek move me to a room. to my surprize it was a better room (bed and AC system) for the same rate. I just wanted a place to stay and did not spend a lot of time at the hotel. It was a decent place for the price i paid. Response to issue was not very good.

The place needs a complete renovation and new furniture. Had to place a pillow under mattress to keep from rolling off.Plenty of mold in bathroom and a/c filters. Do not stay here.
