I've thought long and hard about this review and been quite conflicted. For the amount of money I paid to stay here, I'd like to be able to give it more...

Loved it. There were some yelp reviews which weren't so positive so I was a bit nervous... However, we had an excellent garden room (bldg 5) which also had...

My husband and I got a quick, romantic getaway trip to Kaui. We loved the Sheraton room we stayed in and it had an amazing view of the ocean splashing on lava rocks with plenty of palm trees. The sunsets were so gorgeous. The food at their restaurants was delicious. The swordfish dish is beyond amazing! The staff are very friendly and helpful and the whole resort is so friendly. The beach is perfect to swim in and some snorkeling near by. Make sure you drive up the Napali Coast and hike. It's breathtaking! We liked to snorkel near "the Beach" restaurant where they feed the fish. We saw such colorful fish. We would definetly stay here again. Maholo!

the most laid back relaxing facility you could imagine. slow paced island. spend most of your time in kauai. the facility is top notch. the luau was fantastic. 2 hour show. great food. they have a nightclub on site. they have a nightly free mai tai reception with entertainment. they have a good fitness room facing the beach. have the sushi buffet on saturday. the concierge was very helpful. drive around the entire island and see everything. you need at least 5 days. free yoga class. the rooms are fine. very comfortable bed and very quiet. great star gazing. 5 minute ride to spouting horn and the beach house restaurant for sunset is a must do. this was a great place to start our honeymoon.

The Sheraton Kauai has the beach beaches in Kauai. If you want a relaxing, romantic resort then the Sheraton Kauai is the perfect place. If you stay at the resort, do yourself a favor and stay deluxe ocean front. The view is AMAZING!!! For the romantic getaway, I strongly suggest the "romantic dinner"... you will never have a better seat, and the sunset is a lifelong memory.Although there is not much to do on Kauai, there is plenty of places to see in a walking distance, or take a cab tour, that will do the trick. The best massage is done by a woman named Sophie, both time we have been there we have asked for her by name. The massage is one of the best I have ever had. Dining is excellent, cabana #1 is a must, and a must to reserve in advance as it has the best ocean views, and it is a bit larger than the rest of the cabanas. For the family, there is a very nice pool with a small water slide. Children seem to enjoy the resort just as much as adults.I never recommend the luau, but if you haven't gone to one, the Sheraton has a very good one. The staff is amazing. They take care of their clients, even if it is a small request. If this is a romantic getaway, take building #1, it is more secluded and "deluxe ocean view" is worth every penny. If you have any questions, just call the resort and they will answer all your questions.I and my family have been going here for many years, and we will come back for many years to come.Aloha.

The service at this resort was as incredible as the ocean views and sounds. We were kindly upgraded to the ocean wing w/awesome view. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud. The pool isn't very deep, but good for kids. They had a nice welcome cermony w/hula dancers and mai thais!

This property - probably purchased in the 60's when Hawaii first came up for sale to the early developers - has one of the prime slices of oceanic heaven in Hawaii. It is a large resort mind you, but it's relationship to the sea cannot be denied. The soundtrack of the waves at night couldn't be beat. The beach wing looks out over the pool, a lovely groomed swath of grass and then a white sand beach to the sea.

A comfortable, standard resort on Kauai's sunny side.
In ShortThis resort is a pleasant place with a low-key, quiet feel. It's not opulent or glitzy, but its dependable quality certainly ranks
