The room was filthy (carpet, walls, furniture). We complained and were shown 2 equally filthy rooms. The internet in the room cost an extra 6.95 per day and we could not stay connected for more than a few minutes at first and then not at all. We checked out the next morning and were told that the internet charge was not refundable because we should have complained about it while we were still connected. We were also charged 25 for an extra bed even though we had paid up front for three people, including a third bed.
