This hotel has an excellent location just two blocks from Bourbon St., on the north side of the French Quarter. It is conected to the Ritz Carlton, so you have access to the Ritz Carlton amenities without the Ritz Carlton price. The only negative is that it sits on the north end of the portion of the quarter which has been restored and revitalized, so it is a short walk to the better restaurants etc. closer to the river.

Hotel had a great location. Very convenient walk to both the French Quarter and Casino. Rooms were very nice. Price was excellent given the quality of the hotel and the price of comparable hotels in the area.

No, they are not Pet Friendly! They wanted 150.00 non-refundable deposit.. that's about 15 a pound for our dog!

This is the second time I 've stayed at the Iberville Suites and it was just as nice as the 1st time. The hotel is within walking distance (1 block) of Bourbon Street and Royal Street (2 blocks). The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were kept clean and are well maintained. Iberville has a nice free buffet breakfast ( just wish they included some fruit) most hotels don't include breakfast so that saves money. My only complaint is you have to pay for parking which is 32.00 a day which is the same at all of the downtown hotels.. Parking attendants were very efficient and friendly giving directions when needed. If you plan on using the pull out couch as a bed you need to realize it might be okay for a child but not comfy for an adult . The king size bed was extremely comfortable and the rooms were very quiet - no noise from other rooms. We had a drink at the Ritz-Carlton lounge (attached to the Ibervile)which I recommend for the free entertainment and nice atmosphere, a welcomed relief from the craziness of Bourbon street.I will more than likely stay here again when return to visit my daughter who attends Tulane University.
