Prince Conti Hotel was a pleasant surprise. Only 1 block from Bourbon Street in the French Quarter, Prince Conti was in walking distance to EVERYTHING!!! The staff were great. The hotel has a true historical feel and we were very happy with the quality of our room. The beds and pillows could be a bit better, but overall I'll be staying in the Prince Conti again for sure.

My husband and I stayed at the Prince Conti for his birthday. Price was reasonable and the hotel was clean and safe. Good rooms and friendly staff. I didn't like being exactly in the middle of French Quarters but there were great restaurants around the area. I would surely stay again.

During my recent stay I was having a fabulous time until I noticed how the valet parked the cars. They back the cars in until they hit the car behind them. It is not a violent collision but I watched one valet back into the same car twice in a row. I also saw another valet hit a car so it bounced into the car behind that car. I talked to management and they talked to staff who told them they do not hit the cars hard. Who is in charge anyways? Since the hotel and location are wonderful I would suggest checking in and parking around the corner at the Royal Sonesta garage and walking a block to the hotel. In the hotels defense I will say they refunded my 28 a day valet fee. One more thing, they water the plants automatically next to the parked cars which puts horrible water spots on your car that are impossible to get off.

My boyfriend and I had never been to New Orleans, so we booked a 4 day getaway. Staying at the Prince Conti was exactly what we were looking for. We didn't want to stay in a "chain" hotel- we wanted a little more "character". so this choice was perfect. The room was huge for the price that we paid, the room was cleaned every day, and everyone that we met on the staff- except for one- were friendly and helpful. The location was great. Being so close to Bourbon St- we thought we would be listening to the partying all night- we were wrong- we didn't hear anything. We are planning on going back to the city- and we would stay at the Prince Conti again.

I frequent New Orleans, as many people from Pensacola do, so I've stayed in my fair share of hotels downtown and in the surrounding areas. On this occasion, my boyfriend and I stayed at the Prince Conti for his birthday weekend. I will probably stay at the hotel every time I go from here on out. The price is great, the location is perfect, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They offer a safe, and they take special measures to ensure that your goods won't be touched by anyone other than yourself. The parking is a little expensive, BUT, the lot is closed to the public and watched by a guard. Being only a block from Bourbon, this is this best hotel for it's price and location in all of New Orleans! I recommend it to EVERYONE who is planning a trip to the city.

This was the 2nd time that we've stayed at this hotel and we have been extremely satisfied each time. This small, quaint hotel makes the guests feel safe and comfortable. The staff is very accomodating and courteous. The rooms radiate a "homely" feeling and the beds are fantastic. The location is unbeatable as you are 1/2 block or less from Bourbon Street and are in walking distance almost every French Quarter attraction. Prince Conti Hotel will be the only hotel that we stay at when we go to New Orleans.
