I really love this hotel. There are so many pros of staying here: free shuttle to the BWI airport, free wifi, free continental/hot breakfast, free coffee...

Three and a half stars. All the niceties you want on a basic level. Lots of furniture to lounge on in the lobby, pool and fitness room. Decor is generic,...

I am sick that I paid all that money for this hotel. The hotel is new, however, that doesn't mean that the room is clean. Housekeeping does a very poor job cleaning the rooms and I would never stay at this hotel again. It's a shame because the property is new but they do a poor job running the hotel. There are probably better hotels and better deals out in the BWI area. Consider staying away from this property, its really not worth it. Trust me. There was two pieces of hair in the tub and the amount of dust in the rooms was disgraceful. I don't have a problem with paying a lot of money for a room in a nice hotel, but if its not clean, forget it.

I stayed for one night at this dreadful hotel. When I checked in, there was a woman with a huge Great Dane waiting at the front desk. The cleanliness of the place was very much in question. The hotel desk clerk did give me a set of menus from nearby restaurants and was generally very nice. However, when I called down to get instructions on using the Internet access equipment no one answered the phone. I was charged for a long distance call because I had to use dial-up when the allegedly high speed internet service was not accessible. When I tried to get the call deducted from the bill, the morning hotel clerk would not accommodate me. Even for low-cost lodging, this was a dreadful experience and I would never stay there again.

The staff at the Marriott were fabulous! Our room was spacious, very clean and just what we had hoped to find when we opened the door. Although a business hotel many families were visiting on our weekend and everyone seemed to really be enjoying themselves whether at breakfast or in the pool.
