Basically a dirty place to stay. No security at all. Located behing a closed down mall-spooky area. This place does not deserve a 3 star rating by anyone and it is overpriced. The outside in back was littered with trash. On check in day, the halls were hot-no air. The breakfast bar was gross. Mainly high carb disgusting stuff, with a crock pot of some gross gravy stuff. One clerk at night was an exceptionally nice and friendly lady. There was no security for her at all. The carpet in the room was dirty. One day I got no maid service at all.

My experience with this hotel was horrible.. It is in a bad,bad location. There is trash outside. the old Amerihost sign was even still out back. The rooms were dirty. the breakfast was a joke.. and the owner is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with.

I stayed there with my family. The staff was great, they took care of me. This hotel is a hidden treasure, behind the outlet mall. They had a beautiful indoor pool, hottub, exercise room, free extended breakfast with Fresh waffles, eggs, fresh fruit etc. The hotel staff was very accomodating.

Stayed here in Feb 08 and have been staying every week since. This is a great hotel with great breakfast. High speed internet worked well and I would recomment this property to business travelers

I stayed there to attend a funeral. There was no iron nor board in the room, just an empty storage hook. Room service brought me these, but the plate of the iron was so damaged, it nearly ruined my suit. No elevator. No ice on our floor. Blow dryer did not work. Cobwebs from bathroom ceiling. Bug crawling up wall. Only one packet coffee creamer for a two-person room. Continental breakfast almost empty, though early. Desk staff did not know local restaurant locations. Never again.
