Rude, and dirty from the rooms to the front office manager

I am normally a pretty laid-back person, but this pushed my limits. Dirty bedding, cranky air, breakfast was not worth the effort, toilet didn't work well.

Horrible! The people working there were rude. the room was okay, but the bed made my back hurt so badly.
