This hotel was very nice. I used the pool and the fitness center and both were great. They have a washer and dryer free of charge for guest to use. It was really nice. Staff was friendly as well.

I was at this hotel for a full week. I don't have any complaints really about the hotel. The staff was curtious and the rooms were great. I went out to the lounge the Friday that I left. It was a great atmosphere. I would definitly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. It is a great value for the money.

I stayed at this hotel while in Charlotte for training. I will stay there again if I am in the Charlotte area. The staff was friendly and the Hotel was clean. It is a little dated and is an older Hotel but can't beat the service. They have a great Lounge with entertainment and the rooms are clean.Can't beat the price. I will tell all my friends to stay there when in Charlotte.

Airlines put us up here overnight for missed flight - room was filthy, dirty rugs, dirty bathroom, holes in sheets. Hallways stunk of smoke in smoke free rooms.

I wish I would have known about these reviews before I booked this hotel. I can see that they are all bad. And rightly so, Charlotte Airport Ramada is AWFUL. It's odd that Travelocity still lists this hotel as an option after all of the complaints. They should drop it.

The service is bad at this hotel. First, they said on their website that they provide "complementary copy/fax services", it is a lie. They charge you 1/page on their fax service!! What a rip off!! 2nd, they do not have a besiness center. What they have is a computer in their lobby. But, the printer does not work!!! I will never go back to this hotel, again.
