Old Santa Fe Inn is within walking distance of the Loretto Chapel, the San Miguel Mission, the oldest church in the United States, and the Palace of the Governors, the oldest governmental building in the United States. Hotel amenities include the reception room (with leather chairs by the fireplace), library, and dining room. In warmer months, the outdoor patio is open for breakfast. The hotel also offers Wireless DSL. Rooms furniture is handmade in New Mexico by craftsmen who are often third and fourth generation wood workers and carvers. Many of the furnishing, fabrics, and rugs being used are adapted from the Museum of New Mexico's collection of local antique furniture and textiles. Willard Clark wood block prints decorate the walls with Santa Fe scenes from the 1930s. Rooms also have cable TV and two phone lines for computer and fax communications.
Nice small motel that has been updated probably many times over the years and as of late March '13 seemed up to date and in very good shape. I got the...

We drove over 3000 miles, exploring the "Four Corners" and many National Parks this Spring. Our Grand Tour ended in Flagstaff, the night before our flight out from Phoenix, but the "Vacation" ended in Santa Fe, where we spent 3 nights at the Old Sante Fe Inn. We had not reserved our room ahead as our travel itinerary was relaxed, but we got a decent rate of 129/night for three nights when we stopped in about 2PM on a Sunday afternoon. The hotel was quiet, comfortable and quite luxurious for the money. The complimentary breakfast bar was a bonus, and it was great to start each morning in a lovely dining room with a good hot breakfast. The location is tremendous, as you can leave your car parked while you walk downtown to dinner, or shop/sightsee in the daytime. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We immediately were impressed. The room was charming; the location is terrific --within walking distance of the square, nice restarurants. The facilities are great with a terrific breakfast room. The breakfast was great, good selections, hot and cold. This is my complaint: we had a very annoying noise that went off every two minutes all day and night (which turned out to be the airconditioning pump). Despite the fact that the staff identified the noise, they did not fix it. They presumed, incorrectly, that we had the airconditioning on. This was not pleasant.

We have stayed at all hotels in Santa Fe and this little gem is by far the finest! From the great breakfast to the condition of the rooms you cant go wrong. In the future we only will stay here in Santa Fe.

While the Old Santa Fe Inn doesn't look like much from the outside, it is a wonderful place to stay! Our room was cozy and comfortable, and the bedding was wonderful! This place was quiet and private, but perfectly and conveniently located. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the daily breakfast was great with a perfect variety of choices. The fitness room is small but well-planned, the kiva fireplace was delightful. This was a great value and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Fe

The room was very clean, newly renovated, comfortable and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable and there were nice extras like real hangers. One of the staff even showed us how to use the TV remote. The windows were able to be opened for fresh air. The breakfast was more than we expected, a good selection including eggs, bacon etc. The location was great, we walked around to various art studios, restaurants etc.Parking was right outside our door. Very good value.
