We loved being in the center of everything. It is next door to Grand Central Station and walking distance to the NY Public Library, Crysler Building, and The Empire State Building. Everyone was very curtious and knowledgable. Thanks for the recomendation!

Very nice hotel. We had a large room with two double beds and it was very clean and modern. It was one of the quietest hotels I have ever stayed in as far as room to room and hallway to room noise. (It is located in a very busy spot so there was noise from the streets). The front desk and concierge staff were very friendly and helpful at all times and there was always someone in front of the hotel to help with our luggage and/or getting a cab. The entire hotel was immaculate, modern, and safe. Because the hotel is connected to the Grand Central Station by an indoor walkway, catching a subway was very quick and easy. Also, the hotel is very well situated within easy walking distance to several major attractions such as Times Square, Rockefeller Plaza, Empire State Building, Broadway plays, the United Nations, and Central Park. The Chrysler Building is located right next door to the hotel. There are numerous restaurants from pizza joints and McDonald's, to deli's, to high end eateries such as Jordan's Steakhouse very close to the hotel. We did not eat at the hotel due to the high prices in their restaurants. The only thing that should be added to the rooms for the prices being paid in my opinion is at least a mini refrigerator for keeping drinks and snacks. The cab ride from LaGuardia was only about 15-20 minutes and cost us 28 each way. We had a great stay and would definately stay here again.

This was a great hotel in a great location in a great city! Very courteous, professional people. Security is there, help is there, location is there, comfort is there. Take advantage of a 4-star hotel when you go to NYC and stay here. The hotel is right next door to Grand central station, doesn't get anymore convenient than that!

went to NY for dance competition. everything was excellent, except for meals at the hotel. We ate there only once, and after that decided not to do it anymore. the breakfast was very expensive for the buffet, and the choice was very little. There was no choice except for the buffet, and not much choice in the buffet. The children part was very expensive as my children eat very little. But other than that the location versus activities and touring was very good and the hotel room and such is excellent
