The room smelled ! I turned on the air conditioner hoping to freshen up the room, and it smelled WORSE! I've never stayed in a hotel that had such a foul smell. I think I would have preferred a smoking room. I would have switched rooms, except we arrived very late, and my kids were so tired that I put them right to bed. Also, the door on the room was hard to close. The entire hotel, especially the rooms, needs a complete over-haul. I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel, and was surprised to see that an online travel website gave it Three Stars.

Very clean and comfortable, extremely helpful and friendly; however we went during a large snow storm and they were horrible about plowing! they plowed late and piled more snow ontop of the cars! and the walls were less than paper thin...could hear EVERYONE in the building.

The best Comfort Inn we have stayed so far. Very clean room and with free internet connection. Ideal place to stay if you are going to Albany Medical College or anywhere near the capitol.
