This hotel was great. The hotel was very clean, and staff was very friendly. It is very close to the falls (4 blocks) -about a 10 minute walk. Take advantage of the continental breakfast (it is really good with a great variety for everyone) because the restaurants on the American side are few and far. I traveled with 2 teenagers and a 6 year old. The room was big enough that we were not tripping over each other. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was nice and the kids really enjoyed it. I really liked all of the security measures that the hotel took for its guests. I defiantly would stay here again.

The hotel is a short walk to the falls & close to the casino. Our room was very clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The breakfast each morning was nice especially since on the U.S. side there are few restaurants available. The lady who hosts the breakfast takes real pride in her work and it shows. The hotel looks new and the staff looks like they are committed to keeping it that way. They do the little things to make your stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends.

I liked the stay because the rooms were clean. With a baby, cleanliness was the most important. Breakfast was good. The room had fridge and microwave. Enjoyed the stay. My baby too enjoyed the hotel room. Walking distance to falls and restaurants.

This is a beautiful hotel. The only complaint I had was that we arrived a little early and they told us our room was not ready. I waited until 4:00 check-in time and the desk told me again that our room was not ready but they would upgrade our room for the same money. As far as I was concerned, it was not an upgrade. I had wanted a jacuzzi and instead we got a sofabed which my husband and I had no use for. That was the only disappointing thing we had to deal with. The room was very nice, clean, comfortable and quiet. The free breakfast offered a variety of breakfast items, hot and cold. It was very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Due to the location being so close to the falls we did pay more but it was worth it. They also offer a quick check-out. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel and the room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was more than adequate. We were within walking distance of the falls and downtown. Overall very pleased and would stay there again.
