We arrived at Niagara Falls at 2:00 am and the hotel we booked was closed. We went across the street to the "No" Quality Inn and booked a room for /night. When we checked out they charged me /night. When I questioned the desk clerk she basically called me a liar. I've read some other reviews for this hotel and I realize this review is redundant. I will never stay at a Quality Inn anywhere again. The noise in the room was unbelievable. They tried to charge me for a roll away I wouldn't let my pet sleep on. One bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Mold in batroom. The staff is so badly trained to treat problems it could only be described as laughable. I really don't understand how this chain stays in business.

THE HOTELS NEEDS TO BE UPDATED. THE WALL PAPER IS GROSS, AND THE DOORS ARE OLD. LOVE THE SHOWER!

I have visited the hotel and taken groups 4 times over the summer. This was convenient and descent. I have seen worse, but this was good for the price. Oh, we did not experience any noises at night or uncleanliness either.

free wireless access from room, but does not work at all. bath towels have holes in them. hotel manager has a nasty attitude. Guests are better off staying at the Super 8 hotel right next to this terrible hotel. Hallway stinks, no air or ventilation. carpet crappy!

Stayed there two nights to visit the Falls. I am not very picky, but just look for a clean room. There was BLOOD on the bedspread. The tub was dirty. There was a small indoor pool that was decently clean. The toilet made a sound so loud when we flushed it that it would wake the dead. Not recommended, overall, even considering the price.

I love this hotel. Good price and close to outlet mall. Dan at desk really friendly and helpfull. Food is great in Rest. Free coffee in lobby and free internet. I will use this hotel over and over again.
